Flat Roofs (EPDM)

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (M-class), or EPDM, is a synthetic rubber that is extremely durable and used across a variety of applications. EPDM is heat and weather resistant with its two main ingredients derived from natural gas and oil, making it an ideal flat roofing material.

Lasts a lifetime

EPDM roofing is leagues ahead of some older traditional flat roof material, such as felt for example. Rubber roofing is suitable for extreme conditions, giving you one of the most durable and reliable roofs available that typically lasts between 30-50 years.

Durable

EPDM is designed to take LIGHT foot traffic during installation and for occasional cleaning or maintenance. If you require more use than this, i.e. for a balcony then there are additional materials that can be laid over your EPDM for a more durable solution.

Easy to maintain

While the rubber roofs are known to be durable, they also need maintained. EPDM roofs are fully adhered or as many call it glued down. The system is not attached mechanically.
